5th Edition of the Salesforce Customer Service Study


The 5th edition of the Salesforce Customer Service Study is out, and unsurprisingly:

📣 88% of consumers say that experience matters as much as the product (compared to 80% in 2020),

🔃 48% of customers switched brands for better customer service,

💶 94% of customers say good customer service makes them more likely to make another purchase.

📱 56% of customers consider themselves to be “just numbers”

🧠 The percentage of decision-makers who have implemented AI in their customer service has increased from 24% to 45% in 2 years
